Our problem was mainly we needed more direction re the Sleep part. Silas was initially VERY resistant to napping and going down for the night. We then tried the Health Sleep Habits book and the extinction and graduated extinction methods, which did NOT work with Silas's somewhat stubborn (where in the world did that come from?) personality and then we tried the No Cry Sleep Solution, which also didn't really work. If you have then disregard the rest of this comment. This book worked great for kris and I to get Jonah on a schedule that helped his sleeping patterns.
